I’m hitting the road once again, to do my thing as Attract Mode‘s East Coast Representative. And for what showthis time? Why, the prestigious Toronto Comic Art Festival!
I’ve been wanting to both exhibit and simply attend TCAF for years now, so needless to say, I’m more than a little excited. And to make the occasion even more special is how, along with all the absolutely mind-blowing game related goods that Attract Mode is known for, the show will make the official debut of the latest installment of my zine, aka FORT90ZINE4ANSWER!
Plus I’ll be sharing a table with the gf, Katie Skelly, as usual; she too will be taking the Great White North’s greatest gathering of cartoonists by storm with a selection of comics from her end that everyone will be talking about, no doubt about it. For more info, check out the show’s homepage!

Because my Persona fan art contest was such a smash success, figured I may as well do another one. This time the subject matter can cover either No More Heroes, Killer 7, Flower Sun Rain, and more… Basically, anything from Grasshopper Manufacture! Well not anything to be exact.
I’m looking for an artistic rendering of any of the hotties that appears in any of Grasshopper’s games. Why? Because the winning entry will be the pin-up in my new upcoming zine, FORT90ZINE4ANSWER! Plus the winner will get his or her hands on a veratiable treasure chest of extremely hard to get and rare Grasshopper goodies. Did I also mention that they were officially sponsoring the contest? They are!

It’s a new year, so you know what that means? Yup, another assortment of my game related anecdotes and opinions, all printed up and folded plus stapled together for your convience. Otherwise known as the FORT90ZINE! And this latest issue, FORT90ZINE4ANSWER, is easily the most ambitious endevour yet. Plus, I’m confident that it will also be the greatest one as well! Though I might need a little help this time around…
Things have been tough for me, financially speaking; anyone who follows my blog knows that I’ve had a hard time paying the bills with my game writing, plus the economy blows for pretty much everyone, especially out here in NYC). Putting together each issue is never easy on the wallet, especially when it comes to comphensating those who contribute, and this latest has a considerable roster of supremely talents folks lending their skill-set. So coupled with my money related woes, along with how I’d love to have it debut at TCAF (more on that in a bit), I’ve decided to start a Kickstarter to help raise funds to cover said costs.
Basically, consider it a chance to pre-order and gurantee your copy today. Just $15 covers the cost of the zine, plus shipping is included for free! Plus those who feel like contributing more will get the chance to get some pretty cool incentives, such as back issues (including a limited edition, final print run of #1), buttons, and limted edition prints.
