I’m back! And? no Toy Fair pics, sorry.
Hey, I took a lot this time around, so it’s going to take a while to sift through everything. Thankfully I have a nice long, three-day/holiday weekend ahead. Which is mostly dedicated to working on the zine and other projects that are behind schedule, but I’m confident that they’ll be up my Monday!
But I also want to maintain a semi-regular output, plus post things in smaller chunks, per everyone’s request from literally the past few years. So I figure, why not feature all the stuff that’s been showing up in my mailbox as of late? Which, again, has been a lot.
Case in point, and the real reason for such a topic (cuz as of this upcoming Wednesday, I won’t be the only kid on the block with the following), check out who my Valentine’s date was this year?

Been aching to finally get the following, the complete collection of one my most favorite shows ever. Aside from the absurdity of owning DVDs in the year 2012, I already own the three seasons individually, but really wanted the deluxe edition for the superior packaging. Which did not disappoint?
Okay, this didn’t come in the mail, but whatever; Steve had a spare Kid Robot X Street Fighter Blanka he was kind enough to pass along (when I came over to watch this year’s Royal Rumble, perhaps the worst one ever, which I’ve gone over before, so less said the better)?
For weeks I’ve been waiting for a package from National Console Support, containing both Shooting Gameside volumes 4 and 0 (the special edition issue that I hope to God is not sold out, hence the delay). But instead, got that special edition of Famitsu with the history of Nintendo as supplemental insert?
For those who miss the wonder years of print mags for gamers, prepare to weep. This extra is a 194 page long, perfect bound edition “extra” details every single piece of hardware and software that the company has produced since day one?
Also got tons of Vita games, plus assorted odds and end for other systems, but they’re not as interesting to look at, (though the box art to Rhythm Heaven Fever isn’t shabby). Instead, something from Toy Fair, which I will talk more about next time?
Oh, so announcement time: I am officially returning to TCAF! I’ll be there to sell my FORT90ZINE, including? yes, the 4ANSWER, which is where it will make its official debut. Though it should be in the hands of all the Kickstarter donators who are owed a copy shortly beforehand.
I’ll also be selling a few Attract Mode related goods at the show, plus be in town for? something else, something completely amazing, which I can’t talk about right now, so as they say, stay tuned.
