The other day I stumbled across the above, some oldies but goodies (over at 68k Heart on Fire, which is like the best thing ever). Pictures that had I originally seen via the digital pages of AMUSEMENT.

For those who aren’t familiar, it’s a high-end French fashion magazine that focuses on game culture. Their gorgeous spreads turned plenty of heads when the publication first hit the scene, around late 2008, if I’m not mistaken.

Though AMUSEMENT has been somewhat forgotten in recent years; my best guess is that everyone got frustrated with the lack of an English print edition, but I’ve always kept tabs. Helping quite a bit is how they began publishing content online to non-French speakers about a year or two ago.

And along the way, I’ve kept a personal collection of my favorite glamor shots, which I figure are worth sharing. Some you may have seen before, while others might be brand new. First we have some more from the photographer above, Jean-Yves Lemoigne. That top spread btw is from “Forever A Gamer”, and here we have selected shots from “Movers”

And finally, ”Coming of Age”, which was their tribute to Sonic the Hedgehog’s 20th birthday…

… You’ll even find a non-photographic piece by our very own Cory Schmitz!
