I've been trying to keep away from the reviews and general nonsense that is the media so that I can watch it with a good degree of freshness. I watched that Daily Show special as well. I kept waiting for Stewart to have a meltdown like a couple years ago when 9/11 was still very fresh (not that it will ever NOT be in the forefront). I expected him to flip out once it was pretty clear that Bush was going to be re-elected, not to mention the fact that EVERY ONE of the states that held the ban gay marriage vote chose to forbid homosexuals from any chance of forming a blessed union. It's not anyone's business to push their religious beliefs on a group of individuals, especially the government. Separation of Church and State should be absolute. Sheer ignorance.
