At least at first, then I explain how it was just the top layer of skin, which is what I though was what I did here. But after re-reading it, I did mention it was just the skin right in the beginning, so... Yes, nipples do not grow back, at least I'm certain of it. Like I said in the story, she bit off the top layer off, about half of it (the left side of my left nipple).
