And yeah, like you said, the customer rep. was very easy to deal with. A much, much better experience than MS's dealings. I just got my copy in from Play-Asia, and unfortunately I have to report that the box art completely sucks. The spine is an ugly yellow and the cover is boring and informs us that Nights into Dreams is a "dream paradox." :? You will get your Wii back very quickly so don't sweat it.
