Greetings from the Pacific Northwest! Am here getting ready for the next Fangamer/Attract Mode shindig, though I always make the trek bit early, since Washington State is also my former stomping grounds.
I feel fortunate to have grown up at a time in which Seattle’s popularity was at its apex, and I’m not just talking about the glory days of grunge. It’s when Twin Peaks was on the air, which remains one of my fave shows of all time, and hence why I’m posting the video above.
Apologizes if old, but I’ve been out of the loop for the past couple of weeks, due to show pre-show prep. And yes, it’s advertised as being the Twin Peaks intro on the NES, despite the fact that it’s color palette and resolution is a bit closer to what the SNES was capable of.
I’ve long given up that ghost, much like how I’ve long stopped explaining to people that Nirvana is more than just a cheap rip off the Pixies.
